In the app
- Open Vanly and sign in
- Use Settings / Account for your profile, subscription, and account deletion

Subscriptions & billing
- iPhone / iPad: subscriptions are through Apple. Cancel or change plan in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: manage in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions
- Website sign-up: manage billing in the app or at getvanly.co.uk/app/subscription
Deleting your Vanly account does not cancel an App Store or Play subscription. Cancel in the store first.
Delete your account
You can delete your account in the app, or follow the steps on getvanly.co.uk/delete-account.
